Knights of Elements – Scroll Realities extends the visual language of the Knights of Elements series into the material and spatial context of traditional Chinese scroll presentation. Combining archival digital pigment printing with traditional xuan paper and hand-mounted scroll techniques, the work functions as an experimental dialogue between emerging digital image-making and historical East Asian artistic traditions. Through layered compositions, symbolic forms, and digitally constructed atmospheres, the series explores how cultural memory and mythological imagery continue to evolve across contemporary visual systems and inherited material practices.
