Galactic Rhapsody Vol.1 – Beacon is a sculptural, umbrella-like portal structure that imagines architecture as a gateway to an expansive digital environment. Real-time WebGL and blockchain technologies allow the monumental three-dimensional space to be experienced directly through web browsers and mobile devices. Visitors move through a sweeping curved corridor toward the luminous blue energy core at the center—an emblem of humanity’s enduring fascination with energy, technology, and exploration. The flowing geometry of the structure evokes a future in which advanced civilization rediscovers and longs for the natural forms of Earth.
The project received the Top Prize in The Renaissance of the Metaverse, hosted by MONAverse, the largest metaverse world-building event at the time (January 2022).
